We have had a few support tickets regarding this matter, and this is the nswer from Buxhost:

Yes, this happened in v3.90 beta while the script was updated with some latest changes. For members who clicked during that time period, clicks may not have been counted. The update duration was about 15 minutes. To avoid such things in the future, you may want to consider not to enroll in beta-testing new script versions. This will guarantee that you'll be running flawless script versions after beta-testing has finished and a stable version has been released. Thanks for reporting this though

As you can see it was a temporary matter that was occurring during upgrade to the new script.
